Positive: Upon check in the staff was amazing. On arrival the key system was down but the woman handled the inconvenience just fine. The hotel was quiet with ample parking and had a variety of breakfast options that were fresh.
Negative: The key system was not working the evening we checked in or the following morning. We had to be escorted to our room which was fine however the teamwork aspect of this between front desk and housekeeping was lacking. Housekeeping was very obviously irritated and verbal about being irritated that they had to assist is allowing us access to our room.

Positive: Room was nice but not thoroughly cleaned. Found coco puffs from previous guests around the beds and behind the couch.
Negative: The breakfast was subpar. Not many choices, nothing fresh, and the plates were located at crotch level where people would stand to make waffles.

Positive: I liked the complete kitchen, with a freezer to refreeze my ice packs. I like the carpeting so my dog felt comfortable walking around. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Negative: The pet fee could have been less, and it should be listed in the booking. It was the most expensive fee we have encountered. All other hotels have been $50 or less, $100 is too much. We did not know there was a toaster until we were packing up.
Summary: This hotel was great, but our dog did not like the elevator.
